Help us expand our club's programs! Whether you're a new member or with the club for years, opportunities are here to enjoy a bigger role with your ideas, engagement and contributions within the rockhounding community.

Our Lapidary Course & Certification gives you skills to cut and polish your rocks, PLUS access to the lapidary shop & equipment (Saturdays 1-4) for all your creative gemstone ventures.

GMSS is a 501(c)(3) Public, non profit organization.
Our monthly meetings provide a lively social and educational experience. It's a great time to get together and have fun, find new opportunities, and enjoy presentations on adventurous topics by members and experts sharing their field of interest. Stay for our raffles or auctions and pick up a tool or a new specimen. We also have a Junior Rockhounds club for kids!
